Ms. Tracy’s pursuit of the childcare industry was birth out of her passion to address the diverse needs, to nurture, enhance and raise up others who will also contribute to society in the future.
Her strong presence in Cumberland County has allowed her great opportunities to build and connect others, on every level.
Another aspect of this visionnaire, is her strong background in early childhood. She has a master’s certificate, (Early Childhood), and a bachelor’s degree, (Social Work). Ms. Tracy has over ten years’ experience with the State of New Jersey’s Child Protective Services. She has also worked as an elementary school teacher’s aide. Her experience and love for children, have played intricate roles in her vision to establish a one-of-a-kind, safe, clean, environment that provides exceptional childcare. She is also a mother and is known in the community for
her warm and loving personality.
Ms. Tracy stands by her very strong belief that every child is the greatest gift to humanity. When children are nurtured and guided in a positive manner, they will manifest great results personally and for the society, in the future. One of her favorite saying is “I’m raising up a
community that will one day furnish society with outstanding and exceptional men and women”.
